New Manchester Serviced Offices opening December 2022
We are proud to announce the opening of a brand new serviced office space Tootal Buildings located in Manchester near Oxford Road station this December.
Built in the late nineteenth century, the Tootal Buildings are located in a modern and diverse area of Manchester, Oxford Road. The buildings are grade II listed interlinked buildings, Lee House and Broadhurst. The serviced offices include one 12,348 sq ft tenant-ready office space, based in Lee House and two fitted-out 8,191 sq ft and 11,106 sq ft office spaces, based in Broadhurst.
The tenant-ready space has been fitted with quality furniture and fittings to ensure it is ready for use by any business. The two fitted-out office spaces come partially fitted out to make your move to the building easier.
Courtyard
The new courtyard is the perfect place for occupiers to enjoy a break from the office. The courtyard area has been transformed to provide biophilic, open-air space that has been designed to prioritise occupier well-being.
Reception & café
The on-site café is open 8:30 am – 4:30 pm every weekday, in the recently refurbished reception area in Broadhurst. With a selection of artisan coffees, teas, breakfast and lunch options available all day, it’s a useful place to re-fuel between meetings. You can always break out or have an informal meeting in the ground floor communal space.
The basement
The basement at the Tootal Buildings has undergone significant refurbishment to provide exceptional well-being facilities for occupiers working in the building. The space includes a brand-new cycle store with 167 spaces, a cycle repair station and e-chargers. There are also brand-new changing facilities including 20 showers & 300 lockers
Sustainability
The Tootal Buildings team have not only developed these offices to support businesses in Manchester but the environment also. The team have pledged to try to reduce their environmental impact as much as possible and prioritise sustainability, as well as the health and wellbeing of their tenants in the building.
Occupiers are provided with a quarterly report with updates on how we are making and maintaining these changes and providing a safe, sustainable, happy working environment.
Despite the building not opening officially until December, the team have already been awarded a Platinum ActiveScore and Very Good BREEAM for their sustainability efforts.
